Customers With Accounts – Free Shipping Zone

For customers with current charge accounts, shipping within the Portland metropolitan area is free; the minimum amount for charge orders is $5.00. For our purposes, any address with a 972XX ZIP code is within the metropolitan area – this includes Portland, Milwaukie, Tigard, etc. We also offer free shipping for certain locations outside this area; these locations are:

Aloha	Gresham	Tualatin
Beaverton	Lake Oswego	West Linn
Clackamas	Oregon City	Vancouver, WA
Gladstone	Sherwood

Orders to addresses outside the free shipping zone are charged the standard shipping rates outlined below.

Please note: Cases of paper are not included in our free shipping policy; there is a $10 shipping charge per case.

Customers Without Accounts and/or Addresses Outside Free Shipping Zone — Shipping Charges

For customers who have not established charge accounts with us, and for orders to addresses outside the free shipping zone for charge accounts defined above, we add shipping charges to all orders at the following rates:

Order Total	Shipping Charges
$35.00 or less	$3.50 flat rate
$35.01 - $75.00	10% of order total
$75.01 and over	Standard UPS rates by weight and size, plus $1.50 handling fee
